Intro:

I am Lucy Maina, a lead female Photographer in Nairobi Kenya and the Founder of Favier Productions. My niche and strength is in Corporate Headshots and Humanitarian Photography which has seen me travel across Africa and abroad to capture iconic images and people.

My Journey:

I have been a professional Photographer since 2014 after studying media and edging off towards still photos in 2012 and later opened Favier Productions in 2014. The studio is located in South B where we have been creating magic since 2017.

Achievement:

I am most captivated by the culture and people I meet especially in Documentary Photography and Humanitarian films. It’s the people’s stories that change me. We have done NGO projects in Mozambique and other Southern African countries, Juba, all of East Africa, runways in Ethiopia, amid partnerships and projects in South Korea.

My Goal: To mentor at least 100 children each year and to develop their Photography interest as a critical life skill and career opportunity.
